About Us
My wife and I had always dreamed of opening up our own restaurant. As we live in a very cold climate here in Fairbanks, Alaska, we believe having comfort food like noodle soup would be a wonderful idea.
Our different types of Thai noodle soup are already packed with authentic Thai flavor, additionally, our concept for our customers is “Taste Before Seasoning”. If you have been to Thailand and have experienced Thai street foods before, you may be familiar with Thai noodle soup seasoning ritual where you can add condiments like fish sauce, chili paste, pickled chili peppers in vinegar, sugar, and chili flakes to fit your own taste preferences.
Aside from Thai noodle soups, we also serve other types of Thai food and my mom’s signature hamburgers.
